shipping info

Our standard shipping cost is one flat rate of $6.95 for orders shipping ground service within the continental US. We also offer UPS Next Day for $35. per order and 2nd Day Air for $25. per order. Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground transportation. We will automatically send you a UPS tracking number once your order has left our building. If you have a PO Box or would like us to ship another method, please email us for additional options and costs. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

All items are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Indiana. Your order should arrive at your destination address within 7-10 business days (sometimes faster!). We will process your order within 2 business days and will inform you if an item is out of stock and cannot ship within this time frame. If something is out of stock, we will always give you the best information on anticipated delivery dates. Please note, we do not include an invoice or any pricing information in your order, only a pack list of contents is enclosed with each shipment.

Please call or email us if you wish to exchange or return a Tatutina product. We stand behind every product we ship and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will be happy to assist you with any return or exchange reasonable.

Country of origin: All Tatutina products and clothing items are designed in the USA. While we continue to produce some items here in the States, some of our production is now overseas in either China, Peru or India. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
