What is the make of my phone?
Remove the battery and check the back of the phone. The model should be located on the back of the phone. If your phone or model is not listed, please call us at 405-810-0354 or e-mail us at sales@telestarwireless.com
How do I return something?
You must call us at 405-810-0354 or e-mail us at returns@telestarwireless.com and receive a return authorization number. Accessories must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and must be sent back in satisfactory condition. Once, we receive the returned item. We will inspect the item and credited your account. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Accessories orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the same day. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the following business day. If your order is on backorder or out-of-stock, you will be notified of your options.
