shipped by fedex. in my instance this was a bit of a problem, because
ups knows where to take packagees when i am not at home-i get so few by
fedex, it could have been a problem. it happened that my neighbor saw

was a very expensive purchase, I researched and shopped around several
dozen sites. The Saddle Shop had by far the best price around. I emailed
them several questions about products and they always answered right
back. After I placed my order it got delivered in fantastic time, even
though it was right before Christmas. My product was a saddle and it did
not have the same stirrups as pictured on the site, but that is common
enough and the ones it came with are better and more expensive. I am
very happy with my experience, and though I doubt I will be buying
another saddle any time soon, I do have The Saddle Shop bookmarked for
accessories and I highly recommend them. You wont regret it! |

extremely knowledgeable, they are honest and hard working. The first
saddle I bought started to pull apart the second time I used it (not The
Saddle Shops fault, just a manufacturing defect) so I called The Saddle

more helpful!! They had UPS come to my house and get the broken saddle

headstall and reins. Not only was their price the best I found, but they
had all of the items in stock and they were shipped immediately. I

that they pack the saddle carefully, so that it doesnt get damaged
during shipment. Within one minute of my purchase, a representative from
thesaddleshop called me to explain that they have no control over the
packaging, only the manufacturer does. He offered to ship the saddle to
me straight from the manufacturer since it was closer and would take
less time to ship. He also promised to make sure it was shipped first
thing in the morning, since it was after business hours when I placed my
order. First thing in the morning, I received an email notifying me that
the saddle had been shipped. It arrived in perfect condition, and was
about $400 less than the manufacturers price. The only thing they could
have done better is to get the tracking number for me from the
manufacturer, so I could have had a better idea of what day to expect
the delivery. I do recommend them for anyone who is in the market to buy
a saddle. |
