NOTICE CUSTOMERS USING PRIORITY MAIL. IN THE LAST 150 OR SO SHIPMENTS USING THIS SERVICE WE FIND THAT NOTHING ACTUALLY GETS TO YOU IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. THE TRACKING INFORMATION IS TOTALLY INACCURATE AND ALMOST NEVER UPDATES IN A TIMELY FASHION. HOWEVER, WE WILL SHIP THAT WAY IF YOU SELECT IT BUT WE WILL NOT REFUND POSTAGE IF MAILING IS LATE GETTING DELIVERED. ALSO WE WILL ADD INSURANCE TO ALL PRIORITY MAIL TO COVER THE VERY LIKELY CHANCE THE ITEM WILL BE LOST.

Electronic items may not be accepted for refunds if installation attempts have been made unsuccessfully or factory seal or shrink wrap have been broken on some items. We will be glad to install professionally any items you purchase--email for questions!

We do not offer REFUNDS but instead issue store credit except for electronic items. If an item is defective then we will issue a replacement. If the replacement is no longer available then we will refund the purchase price. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE APPROVED FOR RETURN MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AND PROPERLY PACKAGED BY YOU THE PURCHASING PARTY-(YOU BECOME THE SHIPPER WHEN RETURNING ITEMS!)BE SURE TO PACK WELL AND INSURE YOUR RETURN.

Some items will have shipping rates calculated based on "dimensional size" and will be added at check out.

All orders ship via UPS Ground Residential delivery by default. This can take anywhere from 2-9 business days delivery time, depending on where you live. Orders shipping OUTSIDE the US 48-states cannot go Ground Delivery. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Air service.

We can ship USPS Priority Mail Packages up to 25 pounds only: 3-6 business days. This is the only shipping method available to US Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and all areas outside the USA (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc..). WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE VERY HIGHLY. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE IN THE 2-3 DAY ADVERTISED TIME FRAME AND IS NOT INSURED. THE TRACKING CONFIRMATION IS A JOKE.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO military address must ship United States Post Office, and are subject to a longer ship time. Please email for correct shipping amounts for items weighing over 25lbs! We ship all orders as soon as possible. We make sure to email or call when there are back orders and further delays. To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, orders may be held for verification, this may cause a slight delay in shipping products to you.

Payment- We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover with verifiable address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept cashier's checks or money orders made payable to Tims Guitar Workshop. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping (25 days). Please, do not send cash. Some out of the USA orders must pay by Bank Wire Transfer, International money order, or Western Union Wire transfer only.
