 Pinpoints cable breaks and bad connections in both single-mode and multimode fiber. Its quick connect interface adapts to all standard PC and APC polished 2.5mm ferruled connectors without adapters. It features both continuous and pulsed operation aid in fault detection even in high ambient lighted areas. Its ultra-bright 635nm visible laser detects fiber breaks up to 3 km away. It is pocket-sized, and has a rugged, waterproof design, and can operate for over 48 hrs on two AA batteries.
Optional snap-on adapters permit attatchment to ST, SC and FC connectors (shown below).
