If you are unhappy with your item, please call (800-736-9520) or email us (souvenirs@mudhens.com) to consider your options. We may not have the size and/or item you are looking for in stock, so please check with us before mailing back your item.
If you are returning your item, please include either the original or a clear copy of your receipt and mail it to:
Toledo Mud Hens Souvenirs, Fifth Third Field, 406 Washington St., Toledo, OH 43604.
Refunds must be done within 30 days of your purchase with the receipt, if after 30 days of the purchase, we will be happy to exchange your item for something else. Also, you will need to include postage for your item if mailing it back to the store($8, $16, or $30) if you ordered the wrong color or size. If it was our mistake, then we will pay the shipping.
