Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. UPS delivers Monday through Friday (some holidays excluded) and typically takes 1-6 business days from date of shipment depending on location. UPS does not count the day of shipment as a day in transit.


Please make sure your address is correct and complete. If there is an Apartment number or Suite number, IT MUST BE INCLUDED. UPS charges us $5 to $12 for address corrections and this charge will be forwarded to you.

P.O. Box Addresses
For customers with a P.O. Box address, orders will be shipped US Priority Mail which can take 3-7 days. US Priority Mail is not guaranteed. Insurance can be puchased for an additonal fee. Packages shipped to P. O. Boxes via US Priority Mail and Express Mail may experience 1-2 days delay in shipping.

For Overnight Delivery to P.O. Box addresses United States Postal Service Express Mail is available to most places. There is an additional $29.00 added to standard shipping for Express Mail Delivery.

***Please Note: All orders placed on weekdays after 11am East Coast time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am and all weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Order deadlines may be earlier in situations of severe weather.

Phone orders are accepted during normal business hours. PLEASE be prepared when calling! This will require that customers have item numbers ready to give to the Customer Service Representative.
