Back Ordered Items: Our policy on shipping orders that include back ordered items is that, unless requested by the customer, we will hold the entire order until the back ordered item(s) have arrived. Standard wait times are 2-3 weeks and we will contact the customer to let them know.

Cancelled Ordesr: Orders can be cancelled any time before packages are packed or shipped. Any orders that are cancelled after being charged to your card will be charged a 15% processing fee. The 15% includes of the total amount of your order including S&H.

International Orders:We are sorry that we can no longer accept orders outside the Continental USA due the high rate of credit card fraud. We are unable to ship packages to APO/FPO addresses due to the amount of lost and damaged packages. We can only charge cards drawn on USA banks.

Canadian Orders
