THE U.S.
(Sorry, we do not ship outside the U.S., or to U.S. Territories.) Unless
otherwise noted, most orders that are in stock are usually sent within
72 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.) All orders delivered
do require a signature, or delivery confirmation by the delivery service.
Orders sent out via:
U.S.P.S. Priority orders usually take 3-5
business days to arrive at their destination, once they leave our warehouse.
FedEx 2-Day orders usually take
2 business days to get there, once they leave our warehouse.
FedEx 1-Day deliveries should arrive sometime
the following business day, once they leave our warehouse. This does
not include Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays.
Sorry, we can not not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. These services
are deliverable anywhere within the U.S., except PO Boxes U.S. Territories
and APOs.
Deliveries to APO and FPO
(Military) addresses are sent out via US Priority Mail. Because
these are usually sent to foreign countries, we can not promise delivery
dates, nor can we pay for any customs duties that may incurr.
Be advised that FedEx can not always promise 2 day to or from many rural
locations. Since Tropi-Ties is headquartered in a small town, it may
take an extra day to reach you, therefore, delivery dates can not be
guaranteed by Tropi-Ties. If you do not see your package within 7 or
8 days, please contact
us and also your local FedEx office. They may have been unable
to deliver it to you and are holding it for pick up or redeilvery.
We try to keep every item in stock to assure that your order arrives
quickly. During peak seasons this can be a tall order for us as styles
and sizes can be depleted in a matter of hours. If the item is out of
stock at the time of the order, an email will be sent to you to let
you know that the item is on backorder and when it is due in. You can
also check the status of your order from your email confirmation.
Prices are calcuated by the total cost of orders, before taxes and are
based on the actual cost of shipping, plus the handling and expenses
required to package and send your order out in a timely manner.
