General Policies


  • All orders placed after 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.


    •
  • Assembled clubs will be shipped after 5-7 days processing time (which allows us to order needed parts and components extra delay might occurs), if a delay should occur, we will promptly notify you prior to shipment.
  • If there is a backorder, we will promptly notify you prior to shipment.


  • Irons are sold in complete sets that include #3-PW. We will not break up sets.


  • All prices are subject to change without notice. If a price change occurs, we will inform you at the time the order is placed.

  • Please inspect the package once it arrives, if there is noticeable damage to the package, please report it directly to the carrier.

    Shipping Methods


  • All ground and air packages are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS. Shipping costs for each ground shipments are automatically calculated.


  • We will notify customers prior to shipment of any changes and charge might occurs differently.



  • There is an additional charge for packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • All international shipments will be shipped via a method requested by the customer. A $10.00 handling charge on all international shipments will apply.


    • Warranty Information


  • All products are warranted for one years from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects.


  • Products that are subject to abuse, improper usage and normal wear will not be covered under this warranty.


  • Shaft broken at any part are not covered under this warranty.


    • Return Policy


  • A King Sports Representative must authorize all returns.

  • All returns must be shipped within 20 days from the date received and must be accompanied by the original invoice.


  • All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. Unused and undamaged merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


  • All orders are built on demand.?We do not carry any pre-built clubs on stock. Custom built clubs may not be returned once assembly begins. There will be no exception.

  • If your clubs are not built to the specifications that you requested, please give us a call and we will attempt to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
