Ordering is easy at HawaiianShavedIce.com. We offer four ways to place your order: Online, Telephone, Fax or US Mail. Below is an explanation of your ordering options.
Online Use your Visa or MasterCard to place your order anytime through our secure online server. HawaiianShavedIce.com uses secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so you will never have to fear about using your credit card. All information transmitted are only seen by us and used only to process your order.

Checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S.
bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code),
located on the bottom of the check.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our online store. In addition, we accept checks and money orders through the mail that are denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check. Checks will require a ten day waiting period before shipment will occur.
State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents where the company has established offices. The HawaiianShavedIce.com main office and warehouse are in North Carolina therefore we only collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations in the state of North Carolina. No sales tax will be charged to shipments outside of North Carolina.
If you intend to purchase items for resale and your business in located in the state of North Carolina, download Form-E-590, NC Department of Revenue Certificate of Resale. Complete the form, and fax to 770-234-6333 or mail to HawaiianShavedIce.com, PO Box 10, Newton Grove, NC 28366. We will need to keep this form on file for any tax exempt purchases. Businesses located outside of North Carolina do not have to complete the form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to view and print the form above. If needed, you download the software below.

Your order number can often be found at the top of your invoice or packing slip. Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. Also check the items in your shipment carefully. If you are missing a spare blade, be sure to look in any bags that was included with your shipment. Usually the blades are placed in small brown envelopes and often placed in the same bag with bottle pourers or other items. It the item does not turn up please email us at CustomerCare@HawaiianShavedIce.com or call 1-800-742-8334. In your email please include the shipping address along with your order number. When you place an order with HawaiianShavedIce.com we automatically send you an order confirmation via email. The email includes the all pertinent information such date of order, products ordered, shipping address, mailing address and total cost including shipping and any applicable taxes. In addition, we include a link (at the top of the email) where you can view you order status any time. This link will carry you to your original order form. From there you can check to see if you products have been shipped and if so, get the UPS Tracking number for your shipment.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our items, we do not gift wrap. However, we can ship your gift recipient if needed. To ship to an address other than yours, simply enter the desired shipping address in the shipping field of our order form. You can even include a gift message if needed. Don't forget to enter your credit card information under the billing address and payment method field. A packing slip will be include with shipment. Prices will not appear on the packing slip.
