Refund Policy If the product you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund or store credit within 7 days, in new condition with any enclosed CDs, diskettes, or software unopened. If you need to return your purchase, please contact VentWorld via phone or email. Reference the purchase date, and invoice/packing slip number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Shipping VentWorld strives to ship its orders within 1 (one) business day after receipt of the order.
