When you send your Bear out on his road trip to Vermont, please include the form (Bears aren't good with directions and will be unable to find their way home without help). And before packing him up, be sure to take off your Bear's outfit and send him Bear naked.

Parting with your Bear will be tough, but rest assured that we will love your Bear as much as you do and that while he is here, he will be very well taken care of. He will have premium accommodations including the finest health care staff, exceptional dining facilities and use of the day spa.

Dr. Helen is a trained Teddy Bear MD who will assess the injury, perform the surgery, and help with physical therapy to get him back into his perfectly chubby shape as soon as possible. If by chance your Bear was too badly injured with no hope of recovery, we will replace your Bear with a new one for FREE!

Washing Instructions - Sometimes your Bears get a little dirty, like if you bring him to a tea party, or if he gets into the honey pot. Bears love honey, and they have to eat it with their paws which means it gets all over the place. All over their face and all over their belly. It sounds like a disaster, but it is really no problem 'cause you can wash your Vermont Teddy Bear. Put him in a pillow case (you don't want to get soap in his eyes) and put him in the washing machine on delicate. Once he is done there, take him out and hang him up by his ears- let him do the boogie in the breeze for a little while. DO NOT put your Bear in the dryer ever ever ever! He is a native Vermonter and cannot take the heat! When he is dry use a brush to fluff him up (be careful not to scratch his eyes) Vermont Teddy Bears especially like to be scratched behind their ears.
