> I will not have final guest count until a week before the wedding, so how many favors should I order?
It is difficult to know the exact number, and no one really knows until the last minute. One way to help you come up with a good estimate is to "prioritize" your guest list. For those you think who have no reasons (travel distance, family reasons, etc.) not to come, mark them priority one. These guests you must order favors for. You will need to order extra ones just in case. Most importantly, do not forget your wedding party who may be sitting at the head table which you may forget to include the favors. You should always make sure your wedding party receive their favors, in addition to the traditional gifts.
> When should I place my favor order?
The turn-around time, based on our experience on processing favor orders, is at least three weeks on average. That is the time you place your order to the time you actually receive the favors at your door-step. We encourage you to place your order one month before the important date so that both you and we have enough time to get them ready for your most important day! Of course, the early the better.
> I have received my bottle stoppers, all 110 of them...they say "Rich and Crystall" instead of "Rick and Crystall"...what do I do?
If it is your typo, you will be responsible for it. We ask you to pay close attention when you submit your online order form to us. We use email to confirm every order with you, so you should have multiple chances to carefully validate your spelling. Finally, we will not start the actual printing process until we receive your check, so if you find errors prior to us receiving your check, you may communicate with us through email.
> I wish to order gifts in some fashion other than on the internet, how would I do that?
We respect your decision. You may 1) fax the order to us by printing out the order form and write down what and how many you want, or 2) mail us the order form through USPS. To speed up processing time, we would ask you to provide us your email, if you have it.
> I found the exact product I wanted, but I only need 6. Can I just order 6 (instead of minimum order 30)?
There is no miminum order for items that do not require personalization, like picture frames, placecard holders, etc. For personalized products such as favors and bottle magnets, if you still want to order less than the minimum, we will need to charge a $25 setup fee.
> I placed an order for 170 favors on 08/19, and I mailed check on 08/20. However, I would like to change my order to just 160 favors, how am I reimbursed for the difference?
You can change or cancel an order any time before you mail out your payment. We proceed your order as soon as payment is received. So please make your change (if any) within 3 days after you send out your check. We will reimburse the difference to you and confirm with you again the new order through email. Note no reimbursement will be issued if you change quantity 3 days after you mailed out your check (by then we will have received the check and begun the printing process).
> I placed an order for 100 favors on 08/19, and I mailed check on 08/20. On 08/27, I want to order 50 more, how am I going to be charged?
If by the time you ordered the additional 50, we have not yet printed your favors (later in the batch), we will simply add 50 favors to your order and wait for you to send in the check for the 50 additional favors. However, this will affect the turn-around time on your order since we start processing once we received the full amount. So please take timing into consideration. If timing is tight, you can choose to go ahead with your original 100 favors, and add the 50 favors as a "rush order" (turn-around time is 10 business days and a $25 setup fee). The bottom line is to make your decision as early as possible to control your cost.
> Whom do I make my check out to & Where do I mail it?

>
I have to see and touch the favor before I order
Certainly.
We realize the limitation of the Internet where you can only see pictures
online. We offer samples of all favors you see here. You may order a
sample online. Each sample costs $5. Note that the sample, although
customized, is not personalized to your names; it is to show you how the final
product looks like. The $5 will be credited back to you if you do decide to
place an order with us.
> I would like to order a sample, can you please tell
me why it would be generic and not the names of the couple?
A
customized wine stopper with your names takes a lot of procedures to make: text
editing for layout on paper, making a film positive, then making a polymer
plate, setting up the printing machine, and more. We simply cannot afford
to produce just one or two with personalization. That is also the reason
why our minimum order for customized stoppers is 30.
>What is your return policy if I changed my mind?
1. No returns for personalized merchandise.
2. Yes, you can return items that have not been personalized if you change mind. In this case, you pay for the return shipping charge and we will credit back to you for the items you paid only (no credit for shipping cost we sent to you).
