A.) We try ship orders within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours. On drop shipments it may be as much as 5-7 days from the time you place the order until the manufacturer ships it. Custom built parts, fabricated parts, Flush Mount LED's and sheet metal products may take up to 14 business days to ship due to high volume. We will do our best to get your parts to you as quickly as possible, and keep you informed of any delays. For rush orders it is best to call! B.) We will gladly provide tracking numbers on orders that ship from our facility. Please call for your tracking number, we will not send them by email! C.) We reserve the right to ship by USPS or FedEX rather than UPS Ground. D.) All sales are considered final after ten (10) days. E.) Returns are accepted with prior authorization only! You may want to insure the package that you are returning - it is your responsibility to return items undamaged. F.) We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. G.) Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it is our mistake, and that is at our discretion. H.) No refunds on custom built parts. I.) Please check your order for wrong or missing parts immediately.
