Shipping and Handling: The shipping charge applied to order may be adjusted if actual cost of shipping exceeds the estimated cost.
• 15% of subtotal ($4 min/15$ max) for GROUND transport within the United States of America.
• 20% of subtotal ($6 min/$20 max) for AIR transport within North America
• 20% of subtotal ($9 min/$42 max) for AIR transport outside North America
Orders within the USA requesting AIR mail will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. All orders requesting delivery outside the USA will be sent by USPS First Class Mail Air mail.
Customers may choose a shipping method of "NONE" if desiring to pickup merchandise at our storage location in the north Seattle area, and save the shipping charge.

REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All sales are final. However, we would be happy to replace any products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
